How often do you feel like you just fall short, on everything? You know intentions are good, you’ve checked and filtered your motives through the Holy Spirit and they are good, and if not, you’ve surrendered them.
Still you wonder if what you do, who you are, what you need, what you hope for and desire really matters. Yes, it matters a lot—it matters to Jesus. You can rejoice because you get to take your questions, hurts, frustrations, failures, weaknesses, habits, addictions, struggles, pain, anger, brokenness, and sadness to Him. He made you, sees you, knows you, cares for you, gets you, loves you, cherishes you, adores you, and to him, you are a precious treasure he gave his life for. He gives beauty for ashes, joy for sadness, and praise instead of despair. It’s not based on what you do. It’s never performance based. You never have to wonder moment by moment how He feels about you because He loves you, because He loves you, because He loves you!!!
If you and I are filled with the Holy Spirit, through making Jesus Lord, and embrace this simple foundational truth of His love, His Spirit will lead us to unconditional surrender, willing obedience, and total dependence that activates His Spirit in us, His angels He puts in charge over us, and takes us to the table He has prepared for us, so we can feast and be filled with His presence, His love, His anointing, His will, His plans, His favor, His provision, His protection, His wisdom, His discernment, His purpose, His healing, His deliverance, and His blessings.
We’ve just got be willing to lift our heads up out of the pig troughs, wipe the slop off of our faces, and join His at His table. The table is set and ready because He loves you, because He loves you, because He loves you!!!
“Do not get drunk with wine, for that is wickedness (corruption, stupidity), but be filled with the [Holy] Spirit and constantly guided (controlled, led, and inspired)by Him.” Ephesians 5:18

He Went To The Cross Humbling Himself To Be Human, Showing How He Has Been Touched With The Feeling Of Our Infirmities.He Paid It All To Help Us Know That We Need Him, It’s In Him That We Have LIFE. Because Of His Love For Us. It’s Never About Performance Thank You, Father God. It’s By Having Faith In What He Did On Calvary For Us. As We Have Accepted Jesus We Are Accepted In The Beloved. Because He LOVED and LOVES Us. This Is Why He Left Us The Bible, His Instruction Manual. “2 Timothy 3:16-17; All Scripture Is Given By Inspiration of God, And Is Profitable For Doctrine, For Reproof, For Correction, For Instruction in Righteousness: That The Man(Woman) of God May Be Perfect, Thoroughly Furnished Unto All Good Works.”

Thank you Lord, for loving me through all the mess the things I allowed to alter the plans You have for me; (Jeremiah 29:11) but You gave me another chance because You love me, You love me through it all You never gave up on me even when I gave up on myself You were there to pick me up You Love Me, and I am so grateful that You do. Thank You Lord for sending your daughters to continue to write these devotionals daily.
