“For the Lord your God is living among you. He is a mighty savior. He will take delight in you with gladness. With his love, he will calm all your fears. He will rejoice over you with joyful songs” Zephaniah 3:17, NLT.
Like a mother who receives you into her arms and sings over you, calming all your fears and comforting you, God sings over you. He is a mother to the motherless. A father to the fatherless. A friend to the friendless. He comforts, gives hope, consoles and yes, He even sings. Whenever you reach a point in life when you don’t feel at your best, listen for the song that rises up out of your spirit and onto your tongue. Don’t be surprised when the lyrics express exactly what you are feeling. It’s God singing over you with His love.
Prayer: Father, just as mothers sing over their children, it’s a blessing knowing You sing over me. Thank you for how You express Your love towards me in this way. I receive Your comfort and love today. In Jesus Name, Amen.

Hallelujah! I can testify too and say God is good. I’ve experienced Him singing over me more times than I can count, but I always thought it was just a comforting thought that popped into my mind at those moments. Praise God—now I know it was really my Abba singing over me. Thanks for sharing, and stay awesome!

Please pray I’m trying to get my mental health under control so I can get back to work. My bills are high, fridge is near empty, car needs repairs. I need Jesus to come help me 🙏🏻 while still raising my kids and sending them to school each day ✝️ please pray for deliverance from anxiety and intrusive thoughts. I want to work and be good for God, Myself and my kids.
