Tremendous trust in Me will protect you.

“Trust in and rely confidently on the Lord with all your heart and do not rely on your own insight or understanding.” Proverbs 3:5-6

God recently strengthened me to walk through one of the most difficult trials I have experienced in my life to date. Right in the middle of it, God reminded me of the importance of trusting Him. Not lip service trust, but the trust that requires transferring the full weight of our faith onto the creator of all things. God spoke something to me that will forever remain in my heart.

“Daughter, the invitation to trust Me with all that you are, is not only because I am trustworthy. It is also because tremendous trust in Me will protect you from an immeasurable depth of despair.”

We cannot do God’s part, and He won’t do our part. Let us be remember to do our part and trust God to do His. I’m telling you from personal experience, He will not fail!

Prayer: Father God, we thank you for being a good Father and taking care of us. I pray that you continue to strengthen us to remember that even when the situation may be painful, you promise that it will work for our good. Thank you for the protection we gain when we fully trust you in all things. Thank you for your love. Thank you for your strength. We love you and we’re so grateful. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

  2. I wrote this in my journal, edited it to fit my situation. Thank You God for getting me to this place of complete trust and reliance on You. I cannot do this life on my own. I know You will help me, and have helped me and I worship You through it.

  3. “Tremendous trust in me will protect you from an immeasurable depth of despair.” I will never forget these words. They are exactly what I needed for what I am going through. I have to say, overall, I am going through what I am going through very well, but when my body gets very tired, I do sink into despair, wondering, Lord will you deliver me? I will say that for me tremendous trust in His grace and mercy will deliver me from an immeasurable depth of despair. Sometimes, I look around and see what looks like others flourishing and not having to struggle, and I think I must be struggling for all the things I got wrong. This may be true. For there are consequences for not doing things God’s way. Even so, as I correct my ways, I must believe that His Goodness and Mercy will chase me down all the days of my life. Thanks sis, for allowing God to use you. I am happy that He brought you through in a mighty way as you leaned on and trusted Him.

  4. Good morning Father God! Thank You for loving me! I love You with my whole heart! You are my everything! I know I fall short at times, of being the Christian I am called to be, and for that I am sorry! But that’s when You step in and remind me of why I’m here! Thank You Father! These things I pray in Jesus name, Amen! 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

  5. Yes, some trust in horses and some in chariots but I trust in the Lord. I believe He will get the Glory out of my life. Thank you. Blessings, Shalom and Agape 👀🙏🏽❤️📖🙌🏽

  6. “Tremendous trust in Me will protect you from an immeasurable depth of despair”, also deeply resonated with me as I am in tough season. Being a caregiver, processing the end of a relationship and the weight of disobedience has been heavy. I’m learning to trust, surrender and receive his forgivenes. Indeed His yoke is easy and burden is light. Thank You Father. Amen.
