Open Up to Him

“I am the Lord your God, Who brought you up out of the land of Egypt. Open your mouth wide and I will fill it” Psalm‬ ‭81:10‬, AMPC‬‬.

My sister, there will be times in your life when you will not know who to open up to. You will wonder who has your best in mind and who is truly safe. But there’s one person you can trust without fail; He is your heavenly Father. You opened your heart to Him once so He could come in and rescue you from a life of sin. The challenge becomes to continue opening your heart to Him as you walk throughout life. He wants to fill your heart with love, your mind with understanding, your mouth with words, and your life with good things. Open up to Him and He will come in and fill you completely until you are overflowing and now able to bless others.

Prayer: Father, I come to you empty and ask you to fill my heart with your love, fill my mind with understanding, fill my mouth with words to say, and fill my life with good things. Lord, fill every empty place. I need you, God. Help me continue to open up to you wide as I walk throughout life. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Thank you for this prayer, I do need to make a change and need to support of other believers in my community. I’m also learning to speak to my mountains so they will be removed into the sea. I’m feeling overwhelmed by my situation.

  5. Lord I have been thinking about this. I haven’t had the best of.luck with friends and people I thought were supposed to be my right hand turned out to be not what I thought. Which in the end I wasn’t being a good friend and wasn’t living for you. I repented of my sins and tried to turn away from those things so you turned it around for good. But I still have trust issues. As I have vented about things to the one person that was for me I feel conviction to only bring those things to you. Forgive me for still using my mouth for not so good things. Help me to bring my needs cares concerns worries problems with others to you Jesus. I love you with all my heart
