My sister, the Lord is blessing you with something more precious and more valuable than the hurt and pain you’ve been nursing and holding on to. He is helping you let it all go and grab a hold of Him with both hands. The Lord Himself is more precious than the pain. Your divine calling is more precious than your grief. Your tried and true faith is more precious. He’s restoring the joy of your faith in God, and He is restoring the joy of your relationship with Him. It will be as though you’ve rediscovered priceless treasure and you will forsake all to follow Him.

It is so true…all so true!
The grief of my husband leaving for heaven so unexpectedly has lessened by a tremendous amount and I so also growing closer to HIM! I am buffeted about by callous comments by I hope I’ve responded with love. It’s been difficult to do in the heat of the moment. Then when I am alone I vent to HIM and get my focus back where it’s supposed to be. Praise God I am growing in HIM!
