You will keep on believing!

“I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.” Psalm 27:13

Fear will tell you that your situation will never change. Faith will tell you nothing is impossible with God (see Matthew 19:26).

Fear will tell you nobody loves you. Faith will tell you God loves you with an everlasting love, and His love is unconditional (see Jeremiah 31:3).

Fear will tell you everyone is against you. Faith will tell you if God is for you, who can be against you? (see Romans 8:31)

Fear will tell you that you will never amount to anything. Faith will tell you that you are saved and called by God with a holy calling, and God has a purpose for your life (see 2 Timothy 1:9).

Fear will tell you that your needs will never be met. Faith will tell you that God will supply all of your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus (see Philippians 4:19).

Fear will tell you that you just can’t do it. Faith will tell you that you can do all things through Christ, which strengthens you (see Philippians 4:13).

Have you noticed by now how fear will always tell us what the enemy wants us to think while faith declares the word of God? Rather than giving ear to fear, let’s listen to what the Spirit of God is saying to our hearts.

If your believing brought you this far, daughter of God, it is your believing that will carry you on to the other side of glory! You may have come through the fire and come through the flood. You may have thought, “I don’t know what to do anymore! I don’t know how I’m going to get through this!” But you are still here! You are still standing! You are still alive by the sheer mercy and grace of God. Why stop believing now?! You keep on believing!

Others around you may have given up on their faith, but not you! Others may have turned their backs on the Lord and everything they know to be true, but not you! Others may have left their post out of frustration, but not you! You will keep letting the Lord be your strength. You will keep on clinging to God with all you’ve got, trusting Him to be glorified in it all. The Lord will complete the work He started in you, my sister. He will! Tell fear, “I’m not listening to you anymore! I’m going to trust God! I’m going to believe in what He says about me! I will see the Lord come through for me like He always does!”

Prayer: Thank you, Father. I love you. You gave me a heart to believe. Help me believe. Strengthen my resolve to trust you no matter what. Thank you for never letting me go. Thank you for your mercy and your grace and for strengthening my faith and confidence in your character and your nature. Be glorified in my life. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

“…___(put your name here)___ shall live by faith” Romans 1:17, ESV.

    Rosealie shall live by Faith

Psalms 19:1 The heavens declare the glory of God, and the sky above proclaims his handiwork. 2 Day to day pours out speech, and night to night reveal knowledge. 3 There is no speech, nor are there words, whose voice is not heard. 4 Their voice goes out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world.

  3. This devotional was written just for me
I struggle with issues of faith but I know God’s word is true and his promises are real. I will overcome if I just believe.

  4. Yes, God has not given me a spirit of fear but love, power and a sound mind. Therefore, I will walk by faith and not by sight. Thank you for the reminder. Blessings, Shalom and Agape. 👀🙏🏽♥️📖🙌🏽
